The Senior Analyst, Pricing and Contracting (JYNNEOS) will support the Manager, Contracts and Pricing, and other team members in department duties to ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, pricing, and reporting requirements across various customer types and distribution channels.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintains contract membership and class of trade assignments to ensure accurate pricing and program eligibility
  • Compiles chargeback data to assist in the calculation of monthly and quarterly administrative fee payments for contracted customers
  • Coordinates customer setup with Sales and 3PL partners as needed, including but not limited to the gathering of any pertinent documents such as licenses, credit applications, etc.
  • Assists with drafting and redlining customer terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements, and rebate program proposals
  • Maintains contract effective dates and works with management on expirations, extensions, or terminations of contracts
  • Drafts timely and accurate administrative fee reports for submission to contracted customers in accordance with applicable terms
  • Maintains the Contracts and Pricing department systems and databases to ensure accuracy in customer pricing
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers for resolution of contracted customer pricing errors and administrative fee payment disputes
  • Assists team members in compiling presentations, sales reports, price change communications, and profitability reviews
  • Compiles financial analysis to evaluate gross to net implications of price changes and rebate programs
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and pertinent documents as requested to communicate contract terms and/or pricing changes to customers
  • Special projects and miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • 3+ years in a similar role in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Excellent commercial, financial, and analytical skills
  • Must be able to respond to sensitive inquiries from management, internal, and external customers
  • Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information using discretion and judgment
  • High-level change agility, flexibility, and comfort with addressing and adapting to ambiguity
  • Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideal candidate is innovative, proactive, and motivated, with a focus on continuous improvement and a strong desire to succeed
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required

Salary Range - $80k – $100k
