We are now looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to join our Nordic team.

APM Terminals Nordics cover three container terminal sites: Aarhus, Gothenburg, and Kalundborg.

As our new Senior Partnership Manager, you’ll have ownership of our internal and external communications, creating impactful platforms and initiatives that improve information flow and employee engagement across Nordic operations. You’ll also develop and sustain strategic partnerships that enhance our organizational reach and brand reputation, integrating a strong communications perspective to elevate media and public relations efforts seamlessly within these partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Central Functions such as Public Affairs, Communications, Branding & Marketing, and other related departments to develop coherent and unified messaging that supports partnership goals and amplifies market presence and customer engagement.
• Provide expert public relations guidance and strategic insights to the Nordics management team, helping to navigate potential public relations challenges and leveraging opportunities to strengthen our market position in the Nordic region.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to advise on responsive strategies and prepare the organization for market shifts.
• Coordinate the development and delivery of high-stakes presentations and speeches for senior executives, ensuring clear, impactful communication to external and internal audiences.
• Set and pursue perceptual targets that enhance brand integrity and public understanding, establishing benchmarks for communications excellence within the partnership framework.
• Maintain rigorous standards for branding and communications, ensuring all partnership activities reflect the organization’s values and strategic priorities.
• Foster a proactive learning environment that encourages professional growth and skill enhancement, supporting the team in achieving communications and partnerships excellence.

We are looking for:

• You have a degree in Communications, Business Communications, Media Studies, or a related field that emphasizes media management, public relations, or corporate communications.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a professional standard of knowledge of public agenda setting, external communication (media handling) and management support.
• Robust experience in public relations, media handling, and partnership management within a large, dynamic organization
• Proven experience in PR, crisis handling and media from a large corporation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution within communications and media relations.
• Ability to provide leadership, obtain cooperation and promote a team environment to meet objectives
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across the organization (able to understand Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian).
