We want to shape the future of digital and are hiring a Strategy and Consulting Analyst to propel us on our journey and support building our strategy team.

What you will do:
• Lead a workstream(s) in a project engagement: planning, organizing and managing different aspects of delivery.

• Be responsible for the end-to-end of deliverables and reporting that meet specific project goals and objectives.

• Identify and proactively solve problems faced by the client.

• Be a primary client contact for operational project questions, developing the relationships through face-to-face discussions, workshops, telephone or email contact.

Job requirements
What we expect from you:
• A minimum of 1+ year of experience from a management consulting or equivalent role in industry would be a plus

• Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic performance

• Strong communication skills, able to interact and build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.

• Analytical mindset, good understanding of how to extract insights from Data Warehouses and ability to summarize and represent data.

• Solid qualitative and quantitative hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills.

• Positive and empathetic team-player with an inclusive collaborative approach

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and writing – in English and Spanish

• SQL, Python and BI & Analytical tools are a plus.
