Are you a German-speaking student looking for a challenging and dynamic work experience? Signify is looking for a talented and passionate intern to join our Talent Acquisition EMEA team! As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills 'on the job' while exceeding recruitment expectations for our DACH and Nordics regions.

You will be mentored by one of our Senior Talent Acquisition recruiters and own full-cycle recruitment for our internships and student workers.

In addition to recruiting, you will have the opportunity to participate in exciting projects like employer branding and intern onboarding days.

If you are a creative and communicative person with a business-oriented mindset, this is the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for someone who is fluent in German and English, and previous experience in recruitment is a plus but not requirement.

What it´s like to work as an intern at Signify!

Start Date: as soon as possible
Duration: preferably 2 years, preferably 15-20 hours/week, but flexible working hours

What you’ll do

• Own full-cycle end to end recruitment for our internships and student workers in Nordics and DACH
• Support the hiring managers in developing target candidate profiles and attract suitable candidates using different tools
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment cycle
• Support Talent Acquisition Consultants in sourcing activities to build candidate pipelines
• Support the relationship building with key universities in the Nordic market
• Participate in recruitment related projects (e.g.; Employer branding projects, building young talent pipelines, Intern onboarding days….)

Your qualifications

• You are in the final year of a Bachelor or starting a Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or in a field related to Social Sciences
• You have an understanding of organizational structures,
• You have a business-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in working with people
• Communicative and creative person, willing to take new initiatives and are ease in an international environment
• Fluent communication skills in German and English
• You work at ease with MS Office
• Ideally gained previous work experience in recruitment
