The Position
Are you ready to join our Mobility Department on an exciting journey? We're seeking a talented professional who can effectively steer compliant global mobility initiatives, contribute to mobility policy development, and offer invaluable support to our global workforce on day-to-day mobility concerns, including tax, immigration, social security, and relocation services.

In this role, you'll engage in a variety of tasks within global mobility, occasionally assisting with other operational HR matters. Working closely with the business, you'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining our global mobility processes and policies, crucial for supporting COP's ongoing growth and ensuring an exceptional employee experience. Additionally, you'll provide ad hoc support to the HR team on matters such as contract drafting, legal inquiries, and market benchmarking.

Joining COP's People & Communications team, you'll become part of a dedicated group of HR professionals focused on developing HR practices, supporting local teams, and facilitating people decisions across COP's locations. Reporting to the People Legal & Compliance Manager, you'll be welcomed into our energetic global HR community, where your contributions will be valued and recognized.

You will support initiatives including:

• Driving mobility activities from A to Z to ensure a great mobility experience for each employee, including efficient vendor management.
• Executing all aspects of end-to-end mobility operations, from contract drafting to resolving escalated issues.
• Supporting stakeholders in identifying the best mobility solutions that balance risk, costs, and compliance.
• Implementing and administering company policies and processes to ensure organizational alignment.
• Collaborating closely with payroll to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely expatriate payroll processing.
• Spearheading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize mobility processes and enhance employee experience.

To succeed in this role, you:

• Have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field from an accredited program.
• Have at least 2 years of experience within global mobility.
• Have a global mind-set with an ability to communicate clearly and responsive to local and remote sparring, input, and requests.
• Have perseverance and an ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
• Are a team player and thrive in an empowered environment.
• Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
