During the course of being a shift manager in a Hesburger AS restaurant in Estonia, I was responsible for taking care of multiple objectives simultaneously. These included the formation of the work schedule for a day, accounting, keeping an eye on KPI’s, create food orders and checking invoices, providing support on the service line, and making sure that the workflow of a shift fulfils all the targets. The most important aspect of the position, in my opinion, was to establish clear and straight agenda for a day and communicate that information to the employees. In the period of two years, I was awarded as the best manager three times.
