Responsibilities:
- Further develop an HSE environment where 0 accidents and people are at the center
- Support, implement and develop the HSE strategy for Denmark in collaboration with your manager.
- Drive and develop the HSE area in collaboration with your manager & the CLF HSE
- Coach employees and managers within HSE
- Safety training of employees and guests
- Participate in project work where you will be responsible for HSE
- Follow-up and reporting of monthly HSE KPI figures
- Support/relieve colleagues in the QHSE team as backup
- Participating/supporting in internal and external audit
- Lead in incident investigation and trend analysis.
- Ensure legal compliance
- Contact person for Authorities regarding HSE subjects
Qualifications:
- You have relevant HSE experience from a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing company, where you have worked with the theoretical and strategic aspects as well as execution and effective implementation.
- You are positive, proactive and energetic, and "hands-on" is a natural part of making things happen.
- You are persistent and dare to challenge and stand firm even when HSE is challenged.
- A team player who can motivate and coach employees and managers.
- You have thorough knowledge/experience with the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards (preferably as an Auditor)
- You are used to working with incident recording, analyzing and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively
- It would be an advantage, but not a requirement, that you have experience with machine safety and risk assessment in a production environment (preferably from a manufacturing company)
- It would be an advantage if you are familiar with the general legal requirements relating to HSE activities in a production facility in Denmark
- You are a good team player who works well in collaboration with others but can also work independently and meet deadlines for tasks and projects.
- You have an analytical approach and can work with statistics
- Linguistically, you have strong English and Danish language skills, both orally and in writing.
