We are looking for a self-driven student assistant for 3Shape’s Design Services team

3Shape offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your career and is looking for an ambitious, high performing and self-driven student assistant to work with strategic social media, digital marketing, and a wide range of communications tasks. The position is located at 3Shape’s HQ in Copenhagen, near Kongens Nytorv.

About the position:
You will work daily with a team of dedicated and skilled colleagues within marketing, product management, and sales in Denmark, North America, and Ukraine. You are passionate about strategic social media for business, and using social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok is natural to you. Your main tasks will be to drive and grow the social media presence of 3Shape Design Services, driving and developing exciting new ideas and posting content on our social media channels and creating monthly analysis reports on our SoMe performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the team’s Marketing Manager with various tasks, including marketing and communications projects with key stakeholders like regional product and campaign launches, campaign roll-out, asset development, localization, and paid advertisement.

• Developing the Design Services team's social media presence by creating content and posting on all channels, including Instagram stories.

• Providing proactive recommendations to optimize commercial efforts, considering the customer journey and lead generation.
• Generating social media analysis & performance reports, monitoring trends, and copywriting for posts.
  

About you:

• You are studying Communications on a master’s degree level.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You have corporate experience.
• Hands-on with social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with tools like Canva and Marketo is advantageous.
• Video or image editing skills are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and structured.

The position is 15 hours per week. Time and working days are flexible and based on agreement with the team.
Preferred start date: 1st June, 2024.
