Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in IT infrastructure management? We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to join our API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) IT team. In this position, you will serve as the bridge between API IT and the Digital Data & IT (GITO) department when it comes to IT infrastructure matters. The position
As an IT Infrastructure Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Serve as the link between API IT (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) and Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) for IT infrastructure matters.
• Guide and support the entire API IT organization in adopting IT infrastructure solutions from DD&IT.
• Ensure API’s inputs are considered when central infrastructure impacting API is being developed or rolled out.
• Ensure API’s IT infrastructure follows DD&IT and API’s standards.
• Provide support to projects regarding the implementation of IT infrastructure.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• A strong background in IT infrastructure management, preferably within a regulated industry such as pharma, aviation, food, oil and gas etc.
• Experience in guiding and supporting organizations in adopting IT infrastructure solutions.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication in English and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management skills.

Vendor management experience is a plus.

The API IT department consists of highly dedicated and skilled IT professionals who operate the current state of Novo Nordisk IT while building for the future.
