Join Our Team as a Digital Designer
We are seeking a dedicated Digital Designer to support with visual direction and well-crafted digital assets for a wide range of clients. As part of our talented team, including Art Directors, Copywriters, Motion Designers, Developers, and Project Managers, your expertise will contribute to setting the visual foundation and lead the production of digital campaigns for both global and small-scale brands.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Copywriters, Project Managers, Designers & Developers to create solutions for our clients that solve creative challenges and improve advertising performance.
• Helping to create the design of digital products such as image ads, storyboards and mood boards for a varied selection of clients and brand expressions.
• Hands-on designing of the above and mentoring of other designers.
• Editing and retouching static assets and photography.
• The work is fast-paced, varied, and fun — which also means lots of iterating, tweaking, and switching between projects.
• QA on creative deliverables

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A portfolio containing digital work for commercial brands.
• A dependable, problem-solving, meticulous, and creative personality.
• A great eye for the small details that take the work from good to great.
• An ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Great communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with creative tools such as Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Deep understanding of digital channels such as Meta, YouTube, Display, TikTok and the creative best practices that apply to each of them
