IT Security Architect

As our IT Security Architect, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust technical security measures across our IT infrastructure and applications. This role requires deep technical expertise to ensure compliance and effective risk management in line with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the security architecture in alignment with our IT infrastructure and applications.
• Maintain technical controls for access management and authentication following ISO standards.
• Design data protection architectures to secure sensitive information.
• Manage the secure development and life cycle of software projects, ensuring they meet security requirements.
• Facilitate regular technical security risk assessments and apply treatments to mitigate identified risks.
• Perform technical compliance audits and adherence to policies and procedures.

Key Success Criteria:

• Effective communication of technical security requirements.
• Proactive involvement in technical compliance reviews.
• Strong collaboration with technical teams across Hempel.
• Visibility and proactive engagement in technical projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
• Relevant security certifications (CISSP or similar) are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in IT security and architecture.
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
• Experience in identity management and access control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
