Join a team of global marketing experts
At BioMar, we focus on cementing trust with our customers and delivering a great experience with our brand, also digitally. As our new Digital Marketing Consultant, you will join the Global Marketing team at our Aarhus-based headquarters, reporting to the Global Marketing Director.
Through cross-functional collaboration, you will work closely together with local marketing colleagues around the world, providing strong digital marketing support to our businesses. The first version of our brand site has just been launched and you will play a pivotal role in supporting the local businesses to further develop their digital presence.
A trusted digital marketing partner
Your new role offers a large variety of different tasks. Apart from website management your main responsibilities will be to:
- Work with the brand site to further develop the experience, balancing global and local business needs.
- Provide support and assist the markets in their digital needs. You will onboard and train colleagues on systems, facilitating adoption and developing skills across markets.
- Help develop target group focused, as well as SEO-optimised content, based on data insights and input from the organisation.
- Facilitate the adoption and localisation/translation of global content where relevant.
- Establish a feedback loop by gathering input from the organisation to further develop our digital presence and initiatives.
- Actively take part in activities that will move us towards a higher degree of marketing automation and personalisation.
- Build and maintain existing digital applications including the Feeding Tool, Discover App, AQ1 brand site, and various campaign sites.
- Be the owner of the digital marketing tools including the SoMe platform, email marketing, and the customer portal
Experience and desire to grow
To be successful in your role, you have a background in Marketing or similar and have worked with digital marketing including brand site development and maintenance. While you don’t need to be an expert at everything, it is important that you have a strong desire and passion to learn more and grow on your journey.
You enjoy working in an international environment with colleagues around the world. You shine in a flat organisation with autonomy while possessing excellent stakeholder relations. You take responsibility and do not hesitate to proactively seek knowledge as well as help out when and where needed. You have a structured way of approaching your tasks and are good at prioritising. Importantly you have a can-do attitude.
In addition, you have:
- Experience with composable content platform eg. Contentful, Amplience or Contentstack
- Great communication skills and mastering English fluently in speech and writing. Additional languages are an advantage but are not a requirement
- Experience with SEO and email marketing
- Experience with organic social media posts and campaigns as well as Paid
- Worked with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
- Experience with marketing automation and personalisation – would be an advantage.
