Sr. Transformation Partner

We're on the hunt for a Senior Transformation Partner who's ready to bring some fresh energy to our team. In this role, you'll work with the Asset Management leadership team to operationalise the functional strategies and be the driving force behind strategic initiatives that'll change the game in asset management, making things more efficient and setting us up for some serious growth. This position requires a mix of program management expertise, business acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to frame up, execute, and drive resolution to complex issues. Responsibilities

• Partner with the Asset Management Leadership team to articulate and refine the functional strategies, facilitate a shared understanding of the future vision, and identify risks and dependencies.
• Design and develop the communication strategy to raise awareness and profile of Asset Management within Maersk, including program structure, topic curation, and channel development.
• Accountable for the execution of the program in accordance with agreed business case, KPIs and targets throughout the complete life cycle.
• Serve as PMO for top initiatives requiring AM Leadership Team attention. Provide periodic consolidated reports including risks and dependencies on identified initiatives.
• Develop global governance and performance management cadence structures for AM teams working with partner teams.
• Support change management plans enabling teams to deploy new standards. Create standard change management plan formats for use in every deployment.
• Co-create and deliver the tech roadmap in partnership with functional/platform teams to drive operational and financial efficiencies.
• Standardize ways of working and operating systems for Asset Management teams improving overall team effectiveness.
• Forge strong internal and external partnerships to guide decisions, offer advice, and drive initiatives in line with program goals.
• Analyse data on quality, financial and operational KPI’s to identify and deliver industry benchmarking and competitor insights reports, enabling AM teams to develop strategies and become best in class.
• Support AM teams in developing people strategies in partnership with People Function. Help define aim, skill requirements, perform gap analysis, and create a roadmap to close gaps.
• Senior-level interface on all aspects of the program.

What are we looking for

• A bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years relevant experience in a multi-national company with exposure to senior executive levels. MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in transformational leadership roles, preferably in asset management or related industries.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive results.
• Change management expertise with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong program management experience leading initiatives cross-functionally, working successfully in large, complex organizations and leading change efforts is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and technology adoption to drive operational efficiencies.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present to and partner with executive leadership teams.
