Our team is looking for a trusted and seasoned Finance Business Partner to support the APMT, IoT and Automation platform lead(s). You will partner with a diverse team of Maersk leadership, and you will support various products and solutions within the Technology function.

Key responsibilities
As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will drive financial performance for the platform area by providing leadership, guidance and support on financial information, business performance and implementation of strategies.

You own end-to-end financial planning and spend forecast cycles for the APMT entity (Terminals & HQ run and change IT spend), IoT and automation platform. You are also accountable for providing financial assistance and guidance for technology investment cases in APMT (across HQ and regions)

Other key tasks:

• Responsible for the APMT internal cost recharge model and process
• Lead APMT IT Benchmarking analysis
• Develop an understanding of critical business performance drivers and support decision-making
• Provide periodic and ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting in support of executive management
• Lead cross-functional, intra-divisional, and global finance projects
• Own governance for the platform portfolio and drive risk and opportunities views when new investments/initiatives are submitted for approval
• Recommend and implement process improvements and automation to achieve better results

We imagine you to:

• Have a Master’s Degree in Finance combined with experience from working as a Business Partner, or from similar roles acting as a trusted advisor towards senior management and business stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day financial details and the capacity to work at multiple levels, including partnering with all levels of management, including Technology staff, HR and Legal
• Be used to and enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced and changing environment dealing with a lot of different tasks at the same time and being able to work against tight deadlines
• Have a passion for proactively collaborating with global colleagues across multiple functions and cultures
• Have a high degree of change readiness and energy to adjust to dynamic changes in our business environment continuously
