As the Category Analytics and Insights Manager within our Trade Marketing team, you will play a vital role in providing the department with impactful insights derived from diverse data sources. Your position is pivotal in harnessing the power of big data to drive sales growth and maximize our category impact.
We are looking for individuals who possess a deep understanding of big data modeling, handling, and reporting, as well as proficiency in building databases and establishing connections with big data through Microsoft Excel. With your expertise, we will be able to make better and faster decisions!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • BUSINESS INSIGHTS AUTOMIZATION
  • - Take the lead in shaping our working methods by proactively delivering valuable insights for our monthly business reviews.

    - Elevate your monthly business planning cycles with powerful, data-driven takeaways.

    - Streamline, standardize, and automate your business insights for maximum efficiency.

    - Fuel and enable your department with insights from various data sources such as Nielsen, GfK, Customer POS data, and customer portals.

  • CATEGORY MANAGEMENT
  • - Work closely with colleagues in KAM, Field Sales, and Shopper Marketing to collaborate on crucial projects and initiatives, ensuring optimal solutions are delivered to our valued customers.

    - Harness the power of both internal and external data sources, combined with your exceptional data interpretation skills, to create customized solutions that align with Red Bull's category vision.

    - Streamline, visualize, and analyze data to generate comprehensive reports for various sales departments, encompassing key accounts, field sales, and trade marketing efforts.

    - Leverage category insights to drive impactful strategies for retail and impulse sales channels.

  • SPACE INSIGHTS
  • Develop tracking tools for following our development of shares within different banners and generate standardized reporting/dashboards. This should enable to maximize the category's full potential and drive our business growth.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:

  • Ability to standardize, structure and automize big data to deliver category and business insights.
  • Data warehouse development (harmonization of multiple data sources).
  • Design and map data models to shift raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Able to work independently and on several tasks & projects in parallel towards deadlines.
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Coding know-how is a big plus.
  • University Degree (Data science, Marketing, Business or similar)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
