We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leading expert in training and learning to steer our agenda. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities and tasks, offering ample opportunities for professional growth. Given the immense business potential, your role will be pivotal. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving this paradigm shift across the industry.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Executing and realizing our strategy and ambitions
• Refining and developing solutions for our clients
• Engaging with clients as needed, from initial sales dialogues to service delivery
• Participating in client projects of all sizes as an SME and Advisory Consultant
• Developing and maintaining skills within our team of professional training experts
• Driving external positioning activities such as LinkedIn Articles and posts, webinars, networking groups, etc.

You should be proficient at translating customer needs into solutions, providing guidance and recommendations to achieve best fit and best practice, bridging the digital solution to business processes, identifying functional and technical gaps, and maintaining focus on realizing the desired benefits to serve our customers best.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Over 5 years of experience in the field of Quality
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical quality system regulations
• Experience with facilitating online workshops
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Experience with Veeva Vault Quality Applications
• Domain expertise within SuccessFactors, SumTotal, Cornerstone is a plus
• Knowledge about innovative learning techniques is a plus
• Consulting/Advisory experience and mindset
• Project management experience
• Exceptional planning and coordination skills
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written), fluency in German is a plus
• Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients
• A passion for quality and life sciences is essential
