One ERP Change Request Manager

In the One ERP Project, we are looking for a Change Request Manager that can facilitate and continuously improve the process from a business requirement to implementation. You will be working in our Tools and Processes team, a part of the Project PMO, which is responsible for helping OneERP team members to adopt and use our tools and processes as part of the overall program methodology. To achieve this, you will need to collaborate closely with colleagues from all over the world, most working out of Flensburg. As part of the Support Team, you will be working together with a team of 10 colleagues from Danfoss and our external partners.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Establish and manage the governance process and related tools for creation and management of change requests, as well as ensure consistency and quality by all parties involved in the process execution.
  • Be the change request management process SPOC, continuously identifying areas for process improvements and ensuring process amendments are accordingly communicated to the team.
  • Have a partnership with the Project Design Authority team, facilitating the assessment, approval and hand-over of the change requests via regular approval meetings and offline alignments with all required stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and support the various stakeholders on the technical impacts and the appropriate release definition for every approved change request.
  • Act as a release gate keeper once a release scope is frozen, establishing a process with the release leads for adding additional change requests to their release scope.
  • Work closely together with the ChaRM operational team, guiding them on priorities and providing them with all needed information in a timely manner in order for the change request to be able to add it or to make the required operational changes in the Solution Manager IT Service Management Tool for proper hand-over to design and build. Work together with them on further improvement and automations of the CRs to ChaRM and RICEFW creation process.
  • Collaborate with DGIT Maintenance organization to ensure that the approved Maintenance change requests are handed-over accordingly to the DGIT team as per their priority.
  • Communicate regularly with the PMO release supporter colleagues to ensure alignment and transparency into open/new and approved change requests.
  • Get good understanding of the ChaRM business process and be in a position to draw insights into the change requests’ quality data in ChaRM and to make proposals for further improvement and advise the team on corrections to ensure data quality.

The One ERP team is primarily working out of Flensburg with some time spent in Nordborg.

We expect you to have solid experience within ERP Implementation Project Management. Furthermore, you have experience or knowledge with the following:

  • MS Excel (VBA and data manipulation)
  • SAP-SolMan / CharMMS Sharepoint

On a more personal note, you have very strong analytical and coordination skills. You communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and can manage a wide and global group of stakeholders. Furthermore, you are great at multitasking and time management. You are capable of tackling challenges and aiming for constant improvements
