Our product is an established duty management application that helps organize work for thousands of people working in health care sector.   • We follow Scrum principles in our work – we work in biweekly iterations and produce production-ready functionalities at the end of each iteration
  • We have end-to-end responsibility for the features we develop – from business requirements, through design and implementation up to releasing features in production
  • Our teams are cross-functional (6-7 persons) – they develop, test, build infrastructure and pipelines, and maintain features they have built

After your morning coffee, you will:

 

  • Develop and maintain the leading IT solution for duty management in Denmark using your skill set
  • Have end-to-end responsibility for the full lifecycle for product you and your scrum team develop
  • Design technical solutions for business requirements from the product roadmap
  • Estimate development effort of features
  • Maintain alignment with architectural principles defined on the project and organizational level
  • Refine features ensuring their readiness for development
  • Prepare reviews and participate in retrospectives
  • You will be responsible for performance monitoring and code optimizations
  • You will be refactoring code and doing architecture improvements
  • You will design and improve the existing test automation approach (technologies used, architecture of the solution)

 

 

We are a GOOD match if you:

 

  • Have 5 + years of .NET development experience
  • Have 5 + years of experience with WPF
  • Have experience leading technical solution designs
  • Are familiar with GIT and CI/CD practices
  • Possess a proactive approach and can-do attitude
  • Are proficient in English both written and spoken
  • Are a team player with strong communication skills
     

We will be a PERFECT match if you, additionally:
 

  • Have experience with distributed systems on a cloud platform
  • Have experience with monolithic systems in a modular architecture
  • Are not afraid to take on the extraordinary responsibility
