The CAPEX Execution & Support team, comprised of 5 dedicated members, is on a mission to ensure accountable and effective project execution today and in the future. As a part of Engineering, you will collaborate with over 60 passionate colleagues who are committed to supporting each other in a collaborative and engaging work environment.

You will contribute to projects ranging from new equipment lines to the replacement of existing equipment and systems. As a Project Manager, you will lead projects or be responsible for and execute work packages or tracks, depending on project size.

This is how your work matters:

• Facilitating processes and driving progress across different levels of the organization in order to transform the unknown into structure and solutions
• Maturing projects from idea to final design, execution, and successful handover to operations
• Executing tasks/projects within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timeline
• Managing internal and external key stakeholders and resources within both process and technical disciplines

Depending on your experience, your tasks and responsibility will be adjusted, and you will have a strong sparring partner in your other colleagues in the team and your Manager.

You will report to the Manager, CAPEX Execution & Support team.

To succeed in this role, you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering (Maskinmester), or equivalent
• Have some years of experience with Project Management from technical projects related to equipment / utility systems preferably within the pharmaceutical/life science industry
• Are proficient with project management tools and terminologies
• Have excellent written and verbal communication in English and preferably also Danish
• Have business understanding and make decisions that support the overall business agenda
• Are able to act independently, determining methods and procedures for new assignments
• Take ownership and accountability for economy, performance, quality and results
