The Operations Excellence team is looking for our new Student Assistant to support Pandora’s commitment towards a low-carbon and circular future and help embed sustainability into ways of working. You will be able to provide hands-on support in the building of a change management and communication framework to embed sustainability at the core of Global Operations. We expect you to bring new ideas and initiatives and put those ideas into action! You will also get the opportunity to work across Pandora’s other key sustainability topics, such as emission reporting, supplier and stakeholder engagement, responsible sourcing, human rights, and inclusion and diversity.

Support on Pandora’s sustainability initiatives
At Pandora, sustainability is a key element across our full value chain, from how we source raw materials and deliver our products, to the workplace we offer employees. Reducing what we take from the planet, protecting the environment and treating all stakeholders well is key to Pandora’s business success. You will work closely with teams across Logistics and Planning, Global Supply Chain, Operations Development, Global Indirect Procurement, and Global Sustainability. Main responsibilities in the role include:

  • Collecting and analyzing quantitative data for global operations climate and environmental footprint.
  • Preparing emission data for reporting
  • Researching on emerging sustainability topics, such as green fuels and circularity in operations
  • Contribute to crafting effective communication and reporting material, to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged
  • Planning meeting and workshops, supporting internal engagement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between departments
  • Ad-hoc assistance on a diverse set of sustainability topics, in line with key programmatic areas in addition to low carbon and circularity themes

Engaging mindset with a collaborative approach
In this role, we are looking for a candidate with passion for sustainability who is not afraid to take on responsibility. We need a strong communicator who is proactive, collaborative and likes to engage with stakeholders. Furthermore, we hope to see that you are:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant Master’s program - ideally in the last year, related to sustainability, supply chain management and/or change management where sustainability, climate and/or environment is part of your curriculum. If related to a business context it is a plus.
  • Able to write engaging content and have good presentation skills
  • Have a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Agile and ready to work across different sustainability issues
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work and deliver independently
  • Have proficiency with Microsoft Office

Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
