We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Engineer Specialist to support Unibake in our goal to become the most tech-enabled bakery in the world.
This is what you will do
This role is part of our Data & Analytics team and reports to the Data & Analytics Manager. In your daily work, you will be reporting to our Analytics Lead. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the back-end data solutions within the Lantmännen Unibake Data Platform and play an active role in our global IT team.
Primary areas of responsibility:
- Design, build, and maintain data pipeline
- Develop and optimize ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes, and ensure data quality and integrity
- Develop and maintain scalable data models
- Collaborate with the Analytics team, IT, and the business to understand their requirements and translate these into a technical specification and model design
- Providing support & maintenance for our global BI users
- Ensure data solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure
- Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
- Combine raw information from different data sources
- Performing tests and documenting our data solutions
- Follow and promote technical best practices across the team
