About the job
In People & Culture we are about 50 HR professionals in Denmark and Poland. The HR Partner team consists of five HR Business Partners who spend most of their time in the business, supporting our 250 leaders in providing a great employee experience.

Our HR Business Partner team are responsible for the execution of the Annual People Cycle together with the leaders in their respective business areas. That makes them responsible for the timely review of salary, spotting talent and giving our leaders the tools they need to be the best leaders they can be. To support you in your daily work you will rely on close cooperation with our stellar Talent Acquisition partners, HR Operations Specialists, L&D and HR Legal experts.

When you are fluent in providing a foundation of leadership support then you will find great opportunities to expand your HR Partner scope. You may co-facilitate our Leadership Development Program, advise on organizational design and coach our leaders on their performance and career.

Your primary responsibilities are:

• Timely execution of the annual HR cycle including Talent, Org and Salary Review.
• Leadership support and advice to a number of VP’s and their leadership teams.
• Plan and execute organizational change.
• Participate in leadership off-sites and deliver Team Development Sessions when required. We use WholeBrain, Hogan and WinningTemp to point us in the right direction.

About you

• You have HR experience and are interested in developing your career.
• You don’t have to be tech savvy but you must be curious and interested in learning about our product life cycle and our customers.
• You’re excited by interacting with many leaders and employees. You are confident and respond with a positive attitude.
• You are structured, you get things done and can manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
