As our new TA Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle significant challenges to make a meaningful impact in the Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities
You will be joining our team of +100 people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organisation from the start. In 2023, we hired 84 people and the targets and goals are bigger for 2024.

  • Generate and attract relevant candidates by using different sourcing methods and approaches (contributing to our outbound-led sourcing strategy)
  • Research and map industries across markets in the EU
  • Assist in driving a fast and efficient recruitment processes
  • Be a key component in candidate management throughout the entire hiring process
  • Manage our internal systems and ensure that they are up to standard at all times
  • Work closely with our TA specialists

Qualifications and about you
You can have many backgrounds as long as you have skills/passion within analytics, data and a hunger to know more about the people space. The most important thing for us is your talents and motivational drivers. Therefore, we welcome a broad range of CVs.

  • You are during your master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (or have been there)
  • You are a top-performer, who is able to pick up new skills seamlessly
  • High-level of quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Professional fluency in English
  • You are able to work onsite in our Aarhus office
  • It’s a bonus if you already have experience with sourcing, recruitment or TA teams
  • It’s a bonus if you have already worked with LI Recruiter Lite, LI Recruiter Corporate and Teamtailor

Recruitment Process

  • 30 minutes online interview with our TA Operations Partner
  • IQ test
  • 60 minutes in-person final interview with our Head of Talent Acquisition and TA Operations Partner
  • Cultural interview with TA team and CFO
