Product Designer

Solid design and intuitive user experiences are two things we value highly here at Dalux – and our Product Design team are on the lookout for reinforcements!

Your new role
As part of our Product Design team, you will transform requirements from users and product specialists, but also offer initiative on good solutions, that will make our users happy. Through a deep dive in our products, analysis of systems and ways of working, alongside discussions with product specialists and colleagues, you will improve our users experience for both new and existing features. Your primary tool will be Figma with the occasional use of other tools.

What to expect as a Daluxian
You will become a part of our Product Design team and join our two experts in their hunt for even smarter and more intuitive products. Our flat organization, where the way from idea to product is short combined with creative freedom and a high level of trust in your work, ensures that you will be able to create tangible value for our users. Everyday life is characterized by sparring between colleagues, room to be yourself, with monthly social events and various clubs.

Your background
We believe you have +2 years of experience working with product design in complex software solutions or large systems, either from a SaaS product organization or similar, and can discover and utilize complex connections and dependencies. A key part of Dalux’ software and user experience is our integrated use of 3D building models, so experience working with 3D is a plus.

You are adept at listening and have an analytical nature, where you are able to listen and discuss various points of view, to discover and implement the best solution. You are curious and finds working with complex systems interesting and are happy to take a deep dive into new systems, industries and technologies.
