The Role & Department
The quality area of Genmab is growing and looking for two student assistants. As Quality Assurance (QA) GMP student assistant you will work in a global QA GMP team to ensure compliance to industry standards and regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring that operational administrative activities are compliant with Genmab’s Pharmaceutical Quality System.

The QA GMP team at Genmab currently employs 27 people located in Denmark and USA. The QA Department has a total of 50 employees supporting GxP activities and is located in Denmark, the Netherlands, the US and Japan.

This is an exciting job opportunity with responsibilities supporting development and commercial projects within QA. Genmab has an exciting development portfolio of new products on the forefront of and aiming to transform cancer treatment.

Key Responsibilities Include
The main responsibilities of the student assistant will be supporting the GMP QA team with administrative tasks:

  • Registration of deviations and change controls in the Genmab EDMS
  • Extract data and present data for QMR and GMP QA management
  • Index and upload documents to the EDMS

The working hours will be flexible, but we expect that you work around 15 hours per week most of the weeks.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled as a student in a relevant life science subject and have completed the first semesters of your education
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, and a collaborative mindset
  • You are skilled in IT and data analysis
  • As a person you enjoy a fast paced and changing environment
  • You take initiative, are good at keeping track of details and enjoy being part of a team where your play an important role and your opinion values
  • You are result and goal oriented and committed to contributing to the overall success of Genmab
