Student Assistant for Product Support Service desk and electronic complaints



You will be part of the Complaint Management team part of the Product Quality department. The Product Quality department contents several quality disciplines through all product life cycle. The complaint management team has for mission to gather, validate and analyze market data in order to support our customers and create valuable input for continuous improvement.

About the job

As part of the Complaint Management team, your role will be to:

1. Ensure that all the request and information are handled in timely manner inside our Product Support service desk. Your role will be to address the different request or information to the relevant departments (e.g. Sales and Marketing, R&D, Quality…) in order to support our customers.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Feedback analysis
  • Contact and forward informations to stakeholders
  • Follow-up
  • Ensure feedback to customers.
  • Create Overview

2. Make sure that electronic complaints are handled following the existing procedures.

  • Proactively collect electronic complaints
  • Secure that the electronic complaints are handled following the procedure

Your background and personal competencies

You are probably in the beginning of your Bachelor maybe at CBS or DTU. You have an interest in communication, data processing and quality.

Moreover, as you will have a relatively large stakeholder interface, it is important that you thrive in a supportive function. Lastly, we value independent thinking and a proactive attitude.
In order to achieve success in your new role, you possess the following qualities:

  • Good presentation techniques
  • Basic knowledge of statistics
  • Great communications skills
  • Detailed oriented and structured
  • Innovative and strive to improve

Work hours are flexible, but we expect you to work 15 hours per week.
