Java Developer for our Product Development Team

Key about your role  

Keylane is looking for a sharp-minded and technical Java developer for team Foundation in the Product Development Department working on the standard product Plexus. Plexus is the heart of the back office at our customers in Denmark and Netherlands. 

The Foundation Team provides the frameworks for other teams in Product Development. The foundation team covers application management, monitoring, logging, API framework, integrations, batch job framework, CICD pipeline, automatic test frameworks and technical improvements. 

Key about your team 

You will be part of a team with 9 members at our Copenhagen office and 8 members in India. The position is located in Copenhagen. Being agile is essential to us and the team takes part in every step in the development process from planning to production ready delivery to the customer. We work in 2 weeks sprints. 

Your tasks will include  

• Participating in team activities like daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives Analyzing, describing, implementing and testing solutions for new features 
• Resolve bugs 

 Key about you 

Ideally you have a MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant experience from previous jobs. The most important thing is that you are motivated by software development and fit in with Keylane’s way of working. We are looking for a senior developer who 

• Has experience with Java and enjoy working with high complexity systems.  
• Possesses a natural feel for performance and scalable code 
• Has experience with the technical ecosystem (Java, Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, Hibernate, Gradle, MSSQL, Jenkins, Docker & Rancher) 
• Enjoys working with agile tools and techniques 
• Understands the value of teamwork, involvement and compromise 
• Is comfortable in English and perhaps Danish
