Your challenges

As part of our collaborative development department located in Østbirk,within the VELUX Innovation Center, we are committed to crafting innovative products tailored for craftsmen installing VELUX windows.

As an intern, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting journey, addressing a range of challenges and contributing directly to our mission. You'll dive into product development, lending your insights and creativity to the creation of new and enhanced installation products for VELUX roof windows.

Additionally, you'll gain hands-on experience working with prototypes, conducting meticulous tests, and analysing results to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Collaboration will be key as you team up with experienced engineers and product developers, exchanging ideas and problem-solving techniques to overcome technical hurdles and promote innovation forward.

Your qualifications

We value students who exhibit curiosity, responsibility, and solid teamwork skills. We're looking for someone who not only displays enthusiasm for learning but is also eager to actively contribute to our ongoing development projects.

Moreover, we imagine that you are:

• Currently enrolled in engineering, architectural design, or a related field, demonstrating a keen interest in sustainability and functional design.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Danish is advantageous.
• Eager to learn and contribute to our development projects.
